SPECIAL AGREEMENTS : ESIC

Spanish business school ESIC, through its alumni department, and MODUS-VIVENDI have reached an agreement on both business and formative activities.

MODUS-VIVENDI becomes a partner of ESIC, giving special price conditions to its alumni in case of acquisition of some of our home models.

	The home with the elements described on Building Specifications
	Project and construction management by Architect and Foreman builder
	What is not included
	Geotechnical project
	Foundations and connections
	Transport
	Taxes, licenses and authorizations
	Extras, additional equipment, landscape gardening and interior decoration
	Documentation
	Client will have to prove appropriately that he/she is an ESIC Alumni giving to MODUS-VIVENDI a photocopy of his/her ESIC Alumni identification. MODUS-VIVENDI will confirm through ESIC that it is correct.
