HOW DO WE DO
Modular architecture is a process which allows one to make all kind of buildings by way of dividing the structure into “modules”. Module size can vary depending on the distribution and features of the construction. So, it is like a meccano structure, with a totally finished and furnished interior which adapts to any kind of land or sea transport, depending on the situation.
Modular architecture is different from traditional construction in that it uses metallic or wooden structures. They are more rigorous than traditional ones in quality and measurements but they are also lighter and more adaptable by replacing traditional concrete structures (heavier and not always reliable) and doing, depending on the situation, around 80% of the jobs (building and plumbing works, architectural finishes, etc.) at the factory.
The in-factory building process avoids problems due to weather conditions, it improves worker safety and allows for continuous and planning work, thus achieving a drastic reduction of delivery times.
With the appropriate infrastructure distribution, drain system and technical solutions in order to install home facilities makes it possible to improve homes without carrying out destructive work on building structures or walls.
Finally, the modular architecture reduces environmental impact, building in a sustainable way from an environmental, economic and social point of view. |
