We are people who believe that traditional home design and construction is a long, tedious and expensive process. MODUS-VIVENDI would like to contribute with architectural solutions, in an easy, rigorous and economical way, with our personal involvement in order to link your enthusiasm with our professionalism.

	Our team consist of an architecture studio. It has researched the modular constructive systems which are common throughout America and Northern Europe. Later on it has transferred all its ideas into basic designs that can be adapted and personalized.
	Also we have a commercial and marketing department which has studied if there are people who need one-family houses without giving up on a good design, while searching for comfort and rigor in every step of the process but, above all, at a reasonable price.
	And finally it is GEVALO CONSULTORES, SL, a company of professionals with a long, impressive business experience.

And thus MODUS-VIVENDI was founded. Our mission is to create personalized, innovative homes in an easy and professional way because we believe that good architecture must have an elegant design, a strict functionality and fast, good quality construction.
