HOW DO WE DO : Energy Conservation

Energy efficiency is the relationship between energy consumption and the final products and services obtained.

According to this definition, we will adapt your home design, focusing on increasing the comfort level of your home and getting a maximum reduction cost while respecting the environment.

The efficient process begins when defining the project. We will study the place where you want to build your home and the usual weather conditions in that place. We will explain to you what are the best options when positioning your home on your land, and the best energy systems. Obviously it is not the same a home in Almeria than in Vitoria, as you can imagine.

We will take much care in facade design, both for basic homes as for customized ones, in order to isolate both the cold and heat. We have chosen a cavity wall system which adapts to every weather and to your preferences because you can choose the finished facade that you want (stone, metallic, phenolic sheets, etc.) and we will design the thermal isolation needed in your place. We have chosen thermal break windows for basic models and quality glazing to complete the efficient function.

We will advise you about facade design as well as the ventilation, lighting, electricity and heating systems and exploitation of natural resources such as the soil, sun and wind.

Not only will we comply with the CTE but we expect to go beyond it in energy savings in order to get a home which fulfills the highest standards regarding passive and self-sufficient houses. As far as we are concerned there are no restrictions, we will go as far as you want.

Later, the process continues in the manufacturing stage. Chosen materials are more efficient and ecological than traditional ones. Modular construction avoids environmental impact while achieving the following objectives:

  • To improve construction energy conservation in order to avoid sending a lot of CO2 into the atmosphere both in the process and the materials used.
  • To reduce the environmental impact; mainly noises, pollution and taking up public space.
  • High percentage of recyclable products and materials.

Finally, when we give you your home, you can check how the systems, as we have explained before, work.
