We understand that you have a plot of land and you want to build one of our homes. From this moment on we can help you or we can manage the entire process. You only have to follow the following steps:

Choose one of our homes. We can personalize it or we can design a new one if you wish. |

We need a geotechnical and topographic study of your land. We would also need to check local regulations. We can help you with these procedures. |

We make you a detailed offer and then sign the contract. |
|
|

With the architectural project we then request a building license at the town hall. |
|
|
 |
Once we get the construction license we will place the order to the factory in order to start building your home. From this moment the delivery time begins. |

The foundations, water, gas and electricity connections are also begun at this point. We will manage these jobs if you have signed for them. |

 |
The modules are transported and assembled on your land. |
|
|
 |
Once the house is totally assembled we will fence off your land and do the urbanization and gardening jobs if you have signed for them. |

 |
We get the certificate of occupancy. We sign the handover certificate and
we give you your home. |

You can now enjoy your home! |
